Ravopew designs and builds solid-wood furniture and stands behind each piece. If something isn’t right, this Return & Refund Policy explains how Ravopew will put it right. These terms apply to orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.
Policy Overview
A return may be requested within 30 days from the date the furniture is delivered.
When the issue is attributable to Ravopew—such as carrier damage, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item—Ravopew covers return shipping and sends a prepaid label by email.
When a return is requested for personal reasons (change of mind, size, color/finish, or style), return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item arrives and passes inspection for condition and completeness. For eligible international returns within the covered regions, no re-import fees apply.
General Conditions for Returns
Product condition. Returned pieces must be new, unused, unassembled, and unaltered. Evidence of use—scratches, dents, stains, odors, pet hair, added or drilled hardware, touch-ups, refinishing, or any modification—makes the item ineligible.
Original packaging. Keep all packing materials: foam inserts, corner protectors, hardware packs, tools, manuals, and accessories. If original packaging is missing, equivalent protective repacking is required so the piece is not damaged in transit.
Proof of purchase. A valid order number or invoice is required.
Assembly status. Items that have been fully assembled/installed/glued or had bases attached/leveled are not eligible unless Ravopew confirms a defect or transit damage.
Materials & use. Ravopew furniture is intended for indoor home or studio environments.
Applicability. These conditions apply across the ten countries listed above.
Returns Ravopew Covers (Ravopew’s Fault)
Ravopew will correct the situation when a piece arrives damaged, shows a legitimate defect, or differs from the model/size/finish ordered.
Transit examples include crushed corners, cracked tops, or chipped finish.
Manufacturing examples include misaligned parts, tops that cannot sit flat, unstable bases, or hardware that will not seat properly.
When Ravopew is responsible, return shipping is free (pickup arranged where available). Customers may choose a replacement (subject to stock and lead times) or a full refund. If shipping was paid at checkout, that fee is also refunded. Remedy terms are consistent in all covered destinations.
Returns at Customer Request (Change of Mind)
If a piece does not suit the space or finish, a return may be initiated within 30 days provided the item remains unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Return freight is paid by the customer and is nonrefundable. After inspection confirms condition and completeness, Ravopew refunds the product price. Any original outbound shipping (if charged) is not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Gift cards (digital or physical)
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Any item that has been used, assembled, installed, modified, or refinished
- Custom or made-to-order furniture—non-standard sizes, special edges, custom stains/finishes, inlays/carvings, or non-standard base specifications—unless the item arrives damaged or defective
How to Start a Return
Contact Ravopew within 30 days of delivery. Email [email protected] or submit the Contact Us form with the order number and a short description of the issue or reason for return.
For damage or defect claims, include clear photos or a short video of the affected area and the packaging (inside and outside).
Ravopew replies within 1–2 business days with next steps and includes a prepaid label when the issue is covered by Ravopew.

Please repack all components so tops and bases cannot shift. Use original foam and corner guards. If the original carton is unavailable, use a heavy-duty box with sufficient padding to prevent impact or abrasion during transit.
Refund Timing and Method
Once the return is received and passes inspection, Ravopew processes the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method (USD; major cards and PayPal). Prefer store credit? Indicate this when starting the return. Banks and card issuers may require up to 7 additional business days to post funds.
Restocking Fees
None. When a return meets eligibility and passes inspection, the full refundable amount is returned.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays). Estimated transit after dispatch:
United States & Canada: 5–6 business days
Europe & United Kingdom (FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT): 6–8 business days
Australia: 7–10 business days
