At Ravopew, shipping is simple, clear, and reliable. Many items are handcrafted from solid wood, so every box is double-walled, padded with thick foam and corner guards, and handed to trusted furniture carriers. From checkout to delivery, you see an honest price, a realistic timeline, and careful handling.
Where Ravopew ships
Ravopew currently ships to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.
Ravopew can’t ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain remote territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and select outlying island regions in Europe and Australia. A street address (home or business) is required so solid-wood items can be handled properly. If your address is outside these areas or hard to reach, contact Ravopew before ordering so options can be confirmed.
Carriers and service levels
Depending on destination, box size/weight, and current capacity, Ravopew uses UPS, FedEx, USPS for select small U.S. parcels, and DHL Express for international routes. Large or heavy tables may travel by freight truck with a liftgate for curbside delivery (to the driveway/curb, not inside the home). High-value orders may require a signature; if so, this appears in the tracking email.
Processing time is the period Ravopew spends on final checks and packing before the carrier pickup. Shipping time is the carrier’s transit time after pickup. International shipments may need extra time for customs. Severe weather or carrier backlogs can add 1–3 business days.

Solid-wood furniture is bulky and heavy, so carriers charge by dimensional weight (size plus weight), and larger tables often need freight service with liftgate and insurance. Multi-item orders may ship in more than one box to prevent damage; there is no extra charge for split shipments. Ravopew subsidizes part of the actual carrier cost so you get dependable packing, careful handling, and clear totals at checkout.
Taxes and duties
What you see at checkout—your product total plus any flat shipping fee—is all you pay to Ravopew. For international orders, Ravopew covers import taxes, VAT, and customs processing, so the carrier should not collect money on delivery. If anyone asks you to pay at the door, do not pay—contact Ravopew and it will be resolved.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders enter final checks and packing within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST usually start processing the same business day; later orders start the next business day. Pre-order or made-to-order items ship after they are finished; your confirmation email shows the estimated ship-by date.
Furniture shipping and assembly
To protect heavy pieces and make moving easier, many items ship partly disassembled. Every order includes a clear, picture-based guide, and most include a basic tool such as an Allen key. Typical setup time is 20–30 minutes. If you prefer help, Ravopew can recommend third-party assembly services in major cities across the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Australia (their fees are separate from standard shipping). If you need room-of-choice delivery or help with stairs, tell Ravopew before shipping so suitable options can be suggested.
Tracking your order
When your order leaves the Ravopew workshop and showroom at 1810 Calle De Sebastian, Santa Fe, NM 87505, Ravopew emails a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show movement, especially on international routes while customs scans are pending. If there is no update after 72 hours, contact Ravopew and the carrier will be checked.
If something goes wrong
If damage occurs on arrival, contact Ravopew within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the box and the affected areas. Keep all packaging until next steps are confirmed. If a parcel appears lost—no movement for more than 7 days or not delivered within 14 business days after shipping—reach out to Ravopew. If the package is confirmed lost, Ravopew will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
Order changes and cancellations
You may cancel an order that has not started processing or shipped; tell Ravopew as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed and handed to the carrier, cancellation isn’t available. After delivery, you can use the Ravopew Return & Refund Policy. For international orders, cancellation is not available once the shipment has cleared customs. If you need to change the address, contact Ravopew before shipping; after shipping, carriers may charge a re-route fee.
